YOU SHOWED ME THE WAY

There are times when my eyes are blocked by darkness I cannot see
I feel the world is stumbling down on me
That's the worst thing and will always be
When well this suffering flee?

Everytime I wake up each morning,
Everytime I'm feeling this tiredness I'm bearing
It seems I have no friend,
Or someone to comprehend

But you're always there
Your love for me is like a blazing flare
You have shown me light
My world has never been so bright

No matter how big are the waves
You cannot trace a single fright in my face
You showed me the way
And all I can do is pray

Thank You, Lord for letting me touch the sky,
When I thought I could never fly
Jesus, You showed me the way
"Thank You" is all I could say.
